ATA MMA Featuring Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Specifically designed for students ages 13 and older.

We now offer Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Classes! This is a separate training program, and it is available for any one age 13 and up.  ATA Taekwondo students may train at a discounted rate!

 

ATA Fit Training for Conditioning and Self Defense

Specifically designed for students ages 13 and older.

We offer a special program designed for students who are looking to develop their fitness level and learn self defense skills but may not want to enroll in a traditional martial arts training program.  Our ATA Fit Conditioning class combines elements of fitness training and conditioning with practical "street-applicable" self defense skills.  This class is included for any student who wants to train through our traditional programs, but it is also available as a separate membership.

 

Tiny Tigers

Specifically designed for students ages 3-6 years.

This program offers children a strong foundation in essential character qualities such as courtesy, respect and discipline. In addition, the program is designed to improve children's motor skills and enhance their ability to pay attention and follow directions. All classes are taught using the most safe, fun and exciting instruction methods available for this age group.

 

Karate for Kids

Specifically designed for students ages 7-12 years.

This program is based on traditional Taekwondo for kids called.  The Karate for Kids system is based on a lifetime learning concept in addition to technical skills. The building blocks for our system are monthly themes such as Discipline, Self-Control, Goal Setting, Confidence and Respect.

 

X-Treme Martial Arts

Available for all Karate Kids, Teens and Adults

Xtreme Martial Arts (XMA) is the fusion of martial arts techniques, gymnastics, and acrobatics, taken to the extreme with explosive energy and "Hollywood" theatrics! ATA Martial Arts is a leader in Xtreme training and is a nationally licensed XMA school.

 

Teens and Adults

Specifically designed for students ages 13 and older.

We train our students to the best of their ability. Some students come to us in shape, We train our students to the best of their ability. Some students come to us in shape, while others have come to us 100 pounds overweight. Most come to us with limited flexibility. Adults start at any age, as we have had some adults who started as late as age 65, and have still earned their black belts. As a student, you are looked upon as an individual, never compared to anyone else. Our instructors will be there every step of the way. All that is expected is a willingness to try.
