ATA Fit Training for Conditioning
and Self Defense Specifically designed for students ages 13 and older. We offer a special program designed for students who are looking to develop their fitness level and learn self defense skills but may not want to enroll in a traditional martial arts training program. Our ATA Fit Conditioning class combines elements of fitness training and conditioning with practical "street-applicable" self defense skills. This class is included for any student who wants to train through our traditional programs, but it is also available as a separate membership.
